Dear Nina and Kevin,

 Thank you so much for helping to make our son Gareth’s wedding such a wonderful day. All our family agree it was magical,  the best wedding yet.

Much of the credit must go to both of you and of course your brilliant team. It wasn’t just the food, which was delicious, but it was a combination of professionalism, kindness, cheerfulness and calmness that made everything click.

 On Friday, when we had just started putting up the bunting,  in came the lady who lived nearby. She wore a lovely smile and was naturally friendly and caring. I think her name was Toni. Please thank her.  And then you and the other ladies arrived and we immediately relaxed as you went into action. It was obvious from the start that you had seen it all before, anticipated any problems and just got on with things with no fuss. Everyone knew what needed doing. As you worked together you chatted away about this and that, there was joking and laughter,  and the whole operation was carried out apparently effortlessly and joyfully.

 And then on the big day itself the whole day went like clockwork. Nina keeping an eye on things and anticipating problems making little adjustment. Kevin slaving away in the makeshift kitchen, ?How did you do that Kevin? And all the team busily attending to the guests with canapés, drinks, the main meal the buffet, the bar and so on. Brillliant!! We also appreciated the little touches, things that make so much difference but often get forgot. Handing round the guest book..we forgot ..Nina didn’t. Meeting Vicki and Gareth as they stepped out of  the car with a glass of wine and of course a smile ( sorry but we  cant remember the name of that marvellous lady).

 Anyway I could go on but words cannot sufficiently express our heartfelt thanks.

 Please relay our thanks and appreciation to all your team. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone, in fact I would recommend you for doing the non catering stuff as well. I know that what ever you do will be done well.
